1. OBJECT

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access, navigation and use of the Artivit website (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the services offered through it. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by our Privacy Policy.

2. ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS

Access to the Website is free and gratuitous, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the provider contracted by the user.

To use some services, it may be necessary to register by creating an account and expressly accepting specific conditions.

The user agrees to use the Website in a diligent, correct and lawful manner.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Artivit provides automation and assistance services in financial and accounting tasks for small and medium businesses (SMBs) through artificial intelligence agents. Services may include, among others:

• Accounts receivable and payable management.
• Categorize banking operations.
• Accounting reconciliation.
• Personalized financial reports.
• Collection and processing of invoices from Gmail and Google Drive.
• Automated sending of payment reminders using the user's Gmail account.
• Automated access to external provider portals to collect documents with credentials provided by the user.
• AI agents for financial analysis and recommendations.

Some services may be subject to paid subscription and/or additional fees as described on the Website.

4. INTEGRATION WITH GOOGLE SERVICES

Our services require access to your Google account to use Gmail and Google Drive for the following purposes:

• Access Gmail to collect invoices and commercial documents received by email.
• Access Google Drive to process invoices and documents stored in your account.
• Send payment reminders through your Gmail account.

By using these services, you expressly authorize Artivit to access the information necessary for service provision. This authorization is managed through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system.

You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Google account settings, although this may limit the functionality of our services.

The use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Artivit assumes no responsibility for changes in Google's policies or service availability.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All Website content, including texts, images, technology, software, databases, trademarks, logos, and other elements, are the property of Artivit or third-party licensors.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of content is prohibited except with express written authorization.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

Artivit does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Website, nor the absence of access errors, nor that the content is updated.

Artivit is not responsible for damages or losses that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures or disconnections in the operational functioning of the Website.

The use of financial services offered through AI agents does not replace personalized professional advice. Artivit assumes no responsibility for business decisions made based on the recommendations provided.

6 BIS. ACCESS TO THIRD-PARTY PORTALS AND RESPONSIBILITY

Some services require the user to provide access to third-party portals (for example, supplier billing platforms). The user expressly authorizes Artivit to use such access to retrieve documents on their behalf in an automated manner.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the automated use of their external accounts complies with the terms and conditions of such platforms. Artivit is not responsible for blocks, suspensions or sanctions arising from the use of automated credentials, nor does it guarantee permanent access if portals change their security mechanisms.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to:

• Not use the Website for illicit purposes or contrary to good faith.
• Not cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Artivit, its suppliers or third parties.
• Not introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause damage.

8. DATA PROTECTION

The collection and processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current data protection regulations in Spain and the EU (GDPR).

We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior on our website. This tool allows us to collect information about how users interact with our site, including clicks, mouse movements and page dwell time. This information is used to improve user experience and optimize our website. Data collected by Microsoft Clarity is processed in accordance with Microsoft's privacy policy and our own data protection policies.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Artivit reserves the right to modify the content of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect at the time of their publication on the Website.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of controversy, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
